Out Buildings are becoming more and more popular as work and life style has changed over the years. Out buildings can fall into multiple categories and uses. From simple sheds to garden rooms to home office spaces and annexes, we see a lot of demand from clients to suit their individual needs.
Every Project is Unique
No two out building projects are the same due to unique needs and aims of the individuals and families. Some outbuildings may fall within the permitted development category and others will require a full planning permission. There are height and size restrictions involved as well. A typical outbuilding is not suited for overnight stay. If you are planning an outbuilding with overnight stay and sleep, then it is usually classified as an Annex and requiring planning permission.
