Extension and Reconfiguration
We helped the client achieve the following objectives:
-increase the living space, without increasing the budget too much
-remain within the permitted development.
-Keep clutter of daily life outside of the normal living area
These objectives were achieved by creating the space as seen in the completed works below and adding a utility room via the kitchen where laundry and extra kitchen sink was installed to be able to use this space in a variety of ways. The extension has plenty of light with full width rear bifold doors and side glass door along with three roof lights.

The Brief
Our project entailed the design of a rear single storey extension of this property for creating an open living space and a large kitchen along with a utility room. The clients wanted a usual open plan kitchen and living space with a plenty of light and access to the rear garden.
